    Keep doing the Australian pull ups, within a couple of days you can do 2 perfect ones, I am sure of that and from there: "to infinity and beyond"...

        Those muscles were there all the time, they were just asleep and the only thing you did is wake them out of hibernation.....

          Done today (1/12) :
          Wake-up routine :
          (10 head raises, 10 high crunches, 10 butt-ups, 10 knee to elbow crunches, 10 sit-ups, 10 sitting twists, 10 knee in and twists, 10 scissors) x2, 20 heel taps, 30 leg raises + 30 count leg hold (1 L, 1 R), no rest.
          10 inclined push-ups
          1' squat hold punches
          10 inclined push-ups


          Walking and running
          (7,01 km in total) :
          - walking : 4' 45''
          - running / walking : (12' R, 2' W) x 4 : 6,55 km


          PowerCardio : Day 5, L 2

          Power 20 (5 kg dumbbells)



          Advent Calendar : day 1

          Australian Pull-up Challenge Lv 1 : day 1

          DD :2 Minutes Butt Kicks, EC
