I am impressed with how serious you are taking running this time of the year, the weather is horrible.

And good luck with your second attempt on Power Cardio!

I'm happy to have run yesterday and not today : yesterday was a day with clouds and a little bit sun (but only 3° C) while today was a heavy rainy day. And, do you know ? I had to stop running for three months this summer because of my left foot, so, now that I can run again, I run.

Why? Power Cardio is a tough program, even on Level 1! I really think you deserve that badge You have it – in my mind, even if not in yours

                        Great job!

inbetween and K e l l y : because I'll be very proud of myself if I do Power Cardio at L3, and the badge will be the icing on the cake. If I claim the badge now I'll not be so motivated to go to L3.
Maybe this seems a little weird but I know how my brain works.

Modified Pull-up Challenge Lv 1 : day 2. I begin again from the beginning because yesterday I did one almost perfect Australian pull-up, so, as I was able to do them with a good form, I decided to go back at day 1 (but, today... ouch my back and my ribs and my sides ! and I did only 3 yesterday, with 30'' rest ! )

I think that it is made by a beaver, I knew that there were some around but I had never seen the slightest sign of their presence.
