    Gravity Day 25
    120 lunge step ups, side leg raises, squats "take as much time as you need." Half an hour? Check. Wall sits 45-45-50.

    Challenges
    Days one through three of the plank challenge (1:15 minute elbow plank in one go) and days one and two of the 50 pushup challenge (10-4-4...I didn't want to do too many as if I do Gravity 26 later it's to failure).

    That's all for now. But it's still early in the day. AND I'M FREAKING DONE WITH LUNGE STEP UPS!!! For now
    Days 1 and 2 of the 50 pushup challenge, eh? Plus more later to failure?

    I see how it is.



    Looks like I will have to alter my plans and get going on those pushups!

        K e l l y yeah pain in shins is awful, I actually tried to kickstart running last year in summer and I got discouraged by that. But this time I'm really trying to focus on my form, it's like learning how to ride a bike again. It's actually kind of sad that no PE teacher ever tried to correct our running form. We were just told to run a specific distance and nobody cared how we do that.

          Ok well in my wonderful PE teacher's defense, I couldn't run a quarter mile in school...or EVER so he didn't have anything to critique!

            Britt0 just hit 3 minute plank watching Beezie Madden show jumping on YouTube with my phone in front of my face. Watch out (Yeah, I'm kind of bummed I quit over half way through...)

                  Arms today, with dumbbell mods. I was worried about my pushups, very afraid I'd back slide after 26 the other day. But... 33-19-13!!

                  Planning to do day 27 in a little bit which is tons of planks including three minutes full plank, so no challenges today. Tomorrow I'll get back to running, and still on track to start Cardio Blast on Thursday

                          These last three days are going to be BRUTAL (as was yesterday, so I guess four). Five minute splits today (up from three the last time), four minutes each endurance exercise tomorrow (up from three which almost killed me...at least the raised arm hold!) and THEN on Wednesday?? Arms again I'm good with but SIX sets of 2 minutes speed bag punches? Oh I'm sure to hit myself in the face during one of those twelve minutes. So, I will end Gravity Wednesday with a badge and a black eye
