      If it was that easy we'd all have done it! I procrastinate working out most days so if you work out the secret please share it!

          Well, if taking care of yourself by working out is a way to alleviate how crummy work is right now... I'd say go for it.

            We just watched A Dog’s Purpose. I bawled like a baby. Hubby is sweet, but eventually all he’s got is “seriously, what WRONG with you?” I was crying so hard I was snorting. Can’t blame him a bit.

            Side note: lost my old dog/good boy in July 2019.

                This was close. Watched the Super Bowl. Fell asleep on the couch (again) and woke up at 5 to midnight. Technically, I did not work out on February 2, but I’m counting this for my streak even though it was completed after midnight

                        Also....I’m quitting smoking. As of like 3 p.m. today. So far, I’m not a fan. And I’m cheating, because I have a Juul, but I keep feeling like I need to light a cigarette, oh, every five fecking minutes or so... One moment at a time. Found another good movie on Netflix to distract me, and I’ll survive. Coffee tomorrow is going to be an adjustment after 20 years of coffee and a smoke.

                                I managed to give up a couple of years ago and it's been such a positive. Nothing is "cheating" if it works!
