Streak - 3
And tomorrow is Fri-yay!Although when you work from home, weekends are not as exciting. My work situation has been a roller coaster for the past 18 months, but I just interviewed for and obtained a new contract (legal transcription) on Tuesday and am waiting for my first assignment. Maybe tomorrow? In the meantime, we’re getting some winter weather and I am SO grateful that I don’t have to worry about a commute these days! Snow? Ice? I’ve got food in the fridge, I’ll survive

It’s 9:30 p.m. I really didn’t wanna. I told myself I could stop after 15 minutes even if I hadn’t hit level 3, but after 5 sets, it still wasn’t 15 minutes (with 30-45 second rests) so how could I not just do all 7 sets, right??
I’m also really glad I got over my shyness about exercising in front of John a few years ago, because it’s much harder to talk myself out of it when we’re just sitting in the living room watching TV. Although now I’m embarrassed because this program is so relatively easy compared to what I used to do. But that’s okay. I’m starting over. And it’s not like he’d ever tease me about it

I just wasn’t feeling this day. I waited until too late in the evening and had a big dinner and just feel overall fatigued. So today, 15 minutes was good enough. I’m such a procrastinator, but I’m going to make more of an effort to exercise mid-day. This is just silly.
