Going back to work after a weekend or extended period of time is tough.... I did NOT want to get up this morning
I get so frustrated because on the weekends I'm up early without an problem (even if I'd like to sleep in.) On weekdays, I'm EXHAUSTED and feel like I could sleep until 11. I know it's all in my head, because I look forward to weekend days and not workdays, but if I could get up as easily during the week it sure would make life easier...
While I'm a couple days late to the party I would like to add that you shouldn't get frustrated because you are training your weakness. This will always give you troubles and make things harder.
As an example I'm very upper body dominant and personally found Spartan Trials fun and only mildly challenging even with weighs BUT I wouldn't dream of keeping up with you on the yoga stuff, it kills me. I tried one of your yoga challenges from the other page and made it to day three...
Never beat yourself up or sell yourself short when you are focused in on something you know you are weaker in. This is how you really work on improving yourself overall but it will be slower and yes it will hurt more.
Just like to thank everyone that chimed in on my meltdown the other day..as I said, felt a lot better when I realized I DIDN'T drop a level. And Azercord the yoga example?? Perfect, I needed that.
Spartan Trials Day 25 I did it. Level one, lots of breaks. Pushups 15-14-14. Part two, wall sits 0:45, 0:45, 0:35. Forty minutes start to finish and I'm pretty happy with it overall. I will say that since starting this program 25 days ago, I don't necessarily feel like I'm dying any less during the workouts but my heart rate has been lower by comparison which is kind of cool...

It's to the point where I am literally exhausted trying to keep hands on the steering wheel driving to work in the morning. And guess what today is!! UPPER BODY up and down planks!
We'll finish Spartan Trials on Nov 11th, Carbon and Dust comes out on Nov 13th, we do have one day to spare either way. So if you feel like your arms about to fall off or you'll injur yourself, we can take one day and just do Yoga or walking or whatnot.

I only know that it's 60 days for the storyline + side quests and that "You will be able to scale the level of difficulty so beginners will be able to do it as well"
I don't think I'll injure myself, it's just this constant dull ache I've gotten accustomed to. Actually if we can get through the next two days I think we'll be in the clear. Maybe I'll just do level one on the up and down planks today I don't have anything to prove on those.
