      8 Weeks to 5k Day 10
3 minutes run, 1 minute walk x3. To any runners...I usually have muscle fatigue more on my right side. Today it was my right shin muscle but not the left. Is that my strong side compensating for the weaker side? PetiteSheWolf does your book discuss that??

      Footwork

Still debating doing either Action Day 54 (to be caught up) or Day 62 (to give me a little wiggle room, we have guests staying this weekend plus a wedding to attend Saturday)...But we'll see. I might just let my body rest.

      Consecutive days of exercise: 6

My soon to be is the one standing in front of the tree and sitting next to me on the wall There's a bit of an age difference but in his defense I still get carded for smokes, and he greyed early thanks to his youngest daughter

You actually remind me of my sister from a few years ago. Time has been good to her.

                        Fixed.

(Also, I may just as well hijack this thread for good, and add that I've never owned a new car in my life either, let alone a sports one. (But I like walking and I use public transport a lot.)

That's not something your hear ladies say very often.

... It could be an awesome slogan for Darebee, though.

It took me a second to realize K e l l y was talking about the program

I do not remember the book discussing side imbalances in detail. However, I read somewhere it (and it was reminded to me by mogster - see post 730 in my thread) how breathing pattern can influence which side you may be "favoring" , and that using a total count of breaths (exhale + inhale) that is uneven can help equalize your load. Maybe something you can try?

When I began running, I had rather sharp muscle pains on my right side (not while running, but afterwards, if I had to take stairs). In my case I know it came from this side having been underused between January and May - underuse resulting in tightening. Thorough stretching after run (I use the post-run stretch presented in the Running section), and specially long stretch on right side for about 5 or 6 weeks, put that back in place. So, maybe a good post-run stretch is needed ?

Just ideas thrown there, but I hope it may be helfpul for you!

My car is not a sports car, though, but it is rather sporty for what it is, and it looks nice to boot. And this is the first new off the lot car I've eve owned. It's like driving in the future. (Hopefully [/threadjack})
