    I was going to tell you, yesterday, when you said you were going to start Gravity May 1 and that didn't happen... There's no reason to wait until the first of the year, the first of the month, the first of the week. That's a mistake many make and never started because that silly, inconsequential day didn't work for them. Just START. You'll be one step farther than if you hadn't.

    Also, in my opinion starting a DAREBEE program on day 1 of the month just puts unnecessary pressure and guilt on yourself if you don't complete it on day 30. Foundation took me 29 days, Gravity took me 35, but the last thing we need to do is use a calendar as a benchmark to beat ourselves up if we miss a day.

      Ahhh!! And I posted all that without realizing that you ACTUALLY STARTED GRAVITY!!! YAY YAY!! Insert cheerleading emoticon here as I'm on my phone (actually on the back of a motorcycle at 55mph) but I'm so happy to say HAPPY GRAVITY DAY to you

          Cardio/ mowing the lawn, haha, seriously tho-- not a bad warmup.
          30G / DAY 2 - three sets, all levels & push-ups to failure, 30-12-4
          30G / DAY 3 - lvl 3

          Progress. Pumped.

                May 8th/ Sunny Sunday check-in/
                DD+ / 80 knee to elbow, ec
                30G / DAY 4 - once, all levels
                30G / DAY 5 - lvl 2 (part II was brutal, I did set the timer for lvl 3-- but had to cut it short..)
                30 push-ups
                10 tricep dips | 3 sets
                10x2 bicep curls (12 kg kettlebell) | 3 sets
                10 + 10 + 15 + 15 push-press (10 kg sandbag)
                75 cross crunches, for Weekly Quest
                Ah sun!
                It's like summer already-- May 8th in Norway, that's pretty uncommon Lovin' it tho
                As for tomorrow, I'm going for a run-- it's been way too long since last time. I'm actually looking forward to it.

                  1 hour run/ walk, right after work
                  30G / DAY 06 - 3 sets, all levels & push-ups to failure, 30-10-4
                  30G / DAY 07 - lvl 3
                  DD+ / 10 reverse grip push-ups, ec

                  *Week one/ 30 Days of Gravity-- done, in four days. Not too shabby.
                  **Been working outside today as well, in the garden-- heavy lifting and such, e.g. demolishing a greenhouse.
                  ***Happy about how things are going atm.

                                30G / DAY 14 - lvl 3 & wall sit, 40-40-30

                                Can't complain, two weeks in eight days
                                I'm going away for the weekend+ (back late Tuesday),
                                so I'm not sure how often I'll be able to do my workouts.
                                But, I'll try to fit 'em in. Have a great weekend!
