    Day Six of Baseline. Technically I haven't beaten my migraine yet. (It comes and goes with pain and other symptoms). So yesterday when I got like 3 hours of sleep I decided that doing anything sounded miserable since I couldn't get a nap in.

    So. Day Six today and I'm surprisingly relaxed about it as I used to have to talk myself out of feeling guilty for doing nothing for a day. *Knock on Wood* but I hope this means that I have a much healthier outlook on it which will allow me to keep a forward momentum. (The guilt from missing days always snowballed until it was easier to think badly about myself for doing nothing repeatedly instead of trying to pick it back up).

      Day Seven of Baseline. Haha my biceps hate me. I had had this thought that Baseline wouldn't challenge much of anything except making a habit and now I see I was wrong.

        Day Eight of Baseline. Went pretty well. The sit-to-stands poked at the migraine that's trying to come back Again. I really need to figure out a proper eating schedule so I can also fix my sleep schedule. I've been staying up Way too late and I know that contributes to my migraines.

          Did Day Nine of Baseline on July 1st. Forgot to record it here.
          Yesterday I blinked and it was nearly midnight so it was a wash.

          So Day Ten of Baseline today. Nice workout.

            Day Eleven of Baseline done earlier today. I love side leg raises. Need to do them more often.

              Day Twelve of Baseline. I missed yesterday because of poor sleep. I almost missed today because my spouse was out of it. I made myself do it though; reminded myself that this is usually how stops start. He loses motivation. I try to keep on him to keep working out with me and viola... neither of us work out. So this has to be for me. So I worked out. And hopefully that doesn't bother him too much.

                Day Thirteen of Baseline. Spouse didn't seem to notice we 'skipped a day'.

                It went well other than getting kicked in the calf by the six year old during front leg raises.

                  Oh. Been measuring myself almost monthly since April (I say mostly because I missed June). I am down in all measurements! (Amusingly the app I'm using only puts waist measurement in green; every other measurement is red as if it's a bad thing but it's primarily a body builder app so I'm sure that's why).

                      Day 14 of Baseline. It went well! It was good to have a lighter day while I try to fix my sleep schedule. We'll see if that ever happens.

                      Thank you Ann-Core; I love the Hive. It's always good to come back; I've been lurking some for the past year so hopefully I stay engaged from here on out.


                      Super nervous. We're supposed to move at the end of the month (no more living on the third floor!). I am Not looking forward to moving during a pandemic. But we just got face shields to complement our masks and we'll have hats and tons of antiseptic wipes. Now just need to figure out what we're bringing in luggage and deep clean Everything.

                          Day 16 of Baseline. I skipped it yesterday because it has bends and bending over with a migraine make the migraine worse. So. Feeling better today so completed it. Once I've made it completely through Baseline I should be a in a mindset where I can find a replacement exercise for days the program won't work.

                            Day 17 of Baseline. Not terrible. But migraine kicking off because I messed up my eating schedule.

                              Day 18 of Baseline. Checking in late tonight. 2 year old is sick. And I had a lot of pain come back for my migraine. Today was a good workout though.

                                Moving time is creeping up. Lots to do.
