        Yup! It was 92F (about 34C today. There's no way I'd survive running in that lol).

          True enough though apparently I twinged my hamstring so that workout is waiting until tomorrow along with my walk to run. Just did some speed walking (limping) while shopping today.

          Hopefully moving back. Kinda adjusted. Not a fan of the heat though.

                Going to do something light today. Get my 15 mins doing light activity. Managed to catch a cold from my toddler. It happens; pretty much every spring I get a cold. Murphy's Law it happens the day after I can't workout hard for another reason. I'll see if I'm up to running or Ironborn after a nap. If I'm up for one or the other I'll do the Ironborn since I can do that in my apartment. Got to go make some more tea and fill a water bottle. If I don't update today the assumption that I went on an easy Pokemon Walk to keep my streak up is a good one.

                  ArishaNomad, I'm sorry you've caught a cold. Are you sure it's not an allergy? (Since it happens every spring and if you don't have fever?) If you've got fever or a headache, I would avoid running or any cardio for that matter, maybe something for flexibility or a light strength workout if you're up for it. Give your body time to heal, I think a light walk or a cuddle with your little one will do.

                      Ann-Core; I was running a fever so I just did the walk that one day (Very slowly) and then nothing yesterday and I think the day before. My days are off. But anyway I can breath again.. yay! I did another easy walk today and if this trend of feeling better continues then I will return to the Walk to Run tomorrow; repeating a couple days so I can ease back into it.

                      I'll restart Ironborn since I was only on Day 3. And that'll work well.

                          I gave myself a bit more recovery time since I was so tired from the walk. I can breath through my nose again and I have energy so I am recovered! Yay! Yesterday I did some shopping with my mum which entails chasing a toddler so he doesn't wreak havoc in shops and also did some squats and stretches.

                              Ironborn Day 1. Went well.
                              Walk to Run Day 9. I only started to get winded on the fourth set so I am Very happy considering how long I was off. I was worried I'd have to back up even more but I didn't.

                                Day 10 of Walk to Run and Day 2 of Ironborn. Not sure how I feel about bent-over-flys other than they are kind of amusing.
