What fruit can I add to banana Ice cream?

*title is self explanatory, but ok*
    Hello all!
Last 2-3 years I have discovered banana Ice cream (using only bananas and a little water...), but I was wondering if I can add some other fruits... I get that berries are a good choice, but, could I perhaps add fresh summer fruits that are too ripe to eat? For example, apricots, melon, cherries,...
If so, do I have to freeze them beforehand or something?
    Thanks!!!

I’ve never made this, but I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to add those in. And since I’m assuming you mix the bananas and the water together and freeze it, I would guess that you could blend it all up as is and then freeze the mixture (forgive me if I’m wrong on that.)

Mango and berries are pretty good too. Although you don't tend to need anything added.

Just freezing most fruits and eating it frozen is popular with the kids

LizardFriend95 well, to be more precise, I cut them, freeze, blend and keep in freezer as ice cream... Io6 I know it and, believe me, it would be less time consuming, but it takes more space and it's already pretty staffed in there..! But I think I'll try by instinct and update with the results...

Cantaloupe and Honeydew bitj blend well when frozen. A little bit (and I mean a tablespoon) of alchohol for every 4 cups will help your "icecream" stay a creamy instead of turning rock hard in the freezer.

            Strawberries!!!! They are best

Or, what we do: unsweetened cacao powder. We do this all the time and then we fight for the ice cream! Its so good.

Valkyrie Tina I also love strawberries and mix them with that black powder of the Gods... But, as stated above, I can't give the frozen puree the creamy consistency... Any help would be great!!!

Its hard to find the sweet spot. You have to have them a bit unfrozen, but not too much. I think you can add coconut milk and it gets creamier, but I never tried that myself.
