Some of my abs days include twists, but not much improvement there. I mean my hips don’t look gross from an esthetic point of view. But I know there is fat and it’s bugging me a little.

I think I will go for definition for now, I really need to see some progress to motivate myself, but who knows, maybe at some point in the future I’m going to bulk up.

    Thanks for your reply!

7kg in 2 weeks is awesome! It is really something praiseworthy. Your weight is best as it can be right now. Next is about what you aim for. You can bulk up with building program or you can choose a definition program for lower the body fat and save your weight as possible. The suggested diet will be written in the program page, but you can choose something else as well.

And a little note, for fats in hips, you can do twists, as far as i know there is not much exercise for that.

    Where to go next?

Hello, everyone! I hope this is the right place to post this, I’m new to the Hive so I’m sorry if I made a mistake.

I’m a 20 yo male, 192 cm height and 84 kg weight as of now. In the first weeks of auto-isolation I reached 92 kg. The day I said this has to stop, I started running again, the Express Tone program and keto dieting. I dropped 7 kg in 2 weeks. I know it was unhealthy, but I needed some motivation to keep going.

Now, I still have a little belly fat and also some deposits on the hips, though my biceps and my upper abs started showing. Tomorrow I’ll break keto and I’m here to ask you what should I do next? Should I try to keep my weight steady or should I still drop some more kilos? My goal is to build a leaner body overall. I want to lose my belly fat, while keep building muscle. And what diet tips can you give me?

Thank you all in advance! Have a great day! Stay safe and healthy!
