    I need to eat breakfast. If I am not super hungry, I still need to just have some yogurt or something. No breakfast always = snacks at bedtime.

                What?! Not an entire package!? I cannot open Girl Scout cookies and not eat the entire package. Unless someone is right there asking for some, or else looking at me like I’m a monster!

                  Were these thin mints? Or the chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookie kind? Thin mints are a weakness of mine. Vanilla cookies I have never liked. So I would only ever eat the chocolate half of those packages. But they're too sweet for me now. (Probably the sharpness of the mint would enable me to still get a few thin mints down though.)

                  Your waffles look yummy! (Maybe not a totally balanced meal. But not terrible. And actually balanced fairly well for the day overall, with chicken and vegetables for dinner.) Comfort food has its place sometimes, I think.

                    DorothyMH I ate a whole package (caramel delights) in one day on a different day, but at least in 3 "servings" throughout day. The shortbreads I sometimes eat a whole row at once but rarely a whole package. The pb ones...I don't buy currently, bc I will be less well behaved.

                    Rainbow Dragon the thin mints are my favorite BUT only from 1 factory (this is why sometimes the coconut classics are called samoas and sometimes caramel delights...)...and the one that seems to be shipping cookies from online is the other. I have a few of those left uneaten bc they are not as wow.

                    I fell off logging here a few days but did keep up in Ate app. Somehow transcribing took more energy then I had to spare.

                    8 less healthy waffle bc Valentines... vanilla cake mix w chocolate chips w peanutbutter on top. Won't do this again unless company over, cake mix makes 4 waffles and we will each only eat 1 bc heavy and they are not great cold so it creates waste.


                    I am actually pretty excited abt my meal/groceries plan for this week, tho. I laid out a nice plan to use things in fridge/freezer smartly w leftovers from 1 day getting used next etc. Shopped w a list and stuck to it! PLUS 2 dinners that are made from pantry/straight from freezer staples so if hubby and crave/cave into takeout once or twice nothing gets wasted.

                          I was HUNGRY yesterday. I'm trying to train my body that I will feed it when it's hungry, though. Starving myself is a contributing factor to binges. So I was hungry, so I ate. I even managed to open girlscout cookies and only eat 1/3rd of the box, so it wasn't binge type eating.

                          Also, I am ambivalent about oranges/tangerines/mandarins etc in general but OMG Cara cara oranges? Fucking obsessed.

                                Hello! I was really curious about this thread. I remember my mom telling me "its not about how skinny you are it's about how strong you are" so when I saw this thread I just had to check it out. when I was younger i was very overweight and tried dieting. never ended well. This thread will probably be a big help for me!
