                    loaded cornbread is one of my dad's recipes, adapted. While camping (bc we cook real food while camping) on the last day what was left was corn salad (corn, green peppers, lots of herbs etc, roasted), a pound of bacon, and few boxes of cornbread mix. I add cheese.

                        DorothyMH cheetos, doritos, cheeseitz, cheesypuffs, etc. If it is crunchy and your fingers will be orange after you eat it, it is my nutritional kryptonite. I'm a fucking SNOB abt actual cheese and yet can't stop eating this shit if it's available.

                          Pb granola - 4 parts oats. 1 part untoasted sesame seeds. 1 part pb powder. 1 part maple syrup. 1/2 part each coconut oil and natural pb. Bit of cinnamon, cyane pepper, salt, vanilla. Nuke fats to melt them, mix everything, bake in low oven 20 min or so.

                              And yesterday, I re-learned that if I don't get sufficient protein I want to eat the universe at bedtime.

                              Seriously, days I get enough fluids and protein are pretty much automatically good on other categories (unless there is some killer dessert available etc). I need to be better abt this.

                              I did not quite eat the universe at bed time but, 3 cocoas was a bit much as a stopgap.
