    Glutes of Steel challenge exercises

    I am about to start the glutes of steel challenge and I have two questions.

    1. Are the bridge days total qty then divide into sets or that many reps, then rest and do that many again?

    2. The "leg extension" days - the picture looks like the "donkey kick" exercise, is it the same thing with a different name being used or a different exercise? I cannot find any info on how to do the intended leg extensions

    1) day 1 for example: 12 x 3 sets = 12 (set 1) 30 sec rest, 12 (set 2), 30 sec rest, 12 (set 3)
    2) donkey kick
