I am new here, so first hello
Since my 42nd birthday in October I have been going to the gym 5 days a week. I have no real plan when I go, I always do elliptical then arm or leg workouts, then abs. Some days I try a higher weight, but mostly more reps. I am thinking about doing both heros journey and the 30 days of yoga. I feel like both will benefit me, might do hero in morning at gym and yoga at night before bed. Any ideas? Or does this sound doable? I broke my back several years ago, so treadmill is a bit much for me, do ya'll think elliptical is a good sub for running?
