    Two quick questions

Aloha! I have two quick questions that I wouldn't mind a bit of help with:
    1. Is the Exercise of the Day the same as the Daily Dare? I remember the DD when I was here years ago but can't find it now, is that because it's now called the Exercise of the Day?
    2. For today's EotD (2m raised leg hold), is my butt supposed to be on the ground? I've been doing this one with my butt off the ground but then wondered if that's right. Another sub-question, when the exercise is timed like this one, is it 2 m per leg, or total? I know reps-based EotD are total but wasn't sure if that applied to timed exercises too. I've been doing this as time per side (not total).
Thank you very much! This really is a great community and though pretty much never post, I very much enjoy just being a lurker here.

    1. Yes they changed the name, the badge name has not changed as far as I know, so there is a disconnect there.
    2. I think on the ground, and yes it is composite. You could do 120 1 second reps if you wanted, though of course the idea is to challenge yourself

      1) Yes.

      2) 2 minutes? Phew. 20-count raised leg hold. Put both feet (keep your butt on the floor) in the air and count to 20 [20 seconds ish..]

      Good luck!

            Haha I just realized something,
I commented on today's Workout of the Day (20-count raised leg hold).
