    [30 days of Hiit] Is it enough?

    Hi all, I'm new here on this community.
    I followed before summer the 1minute HIIT program and really liked it, because it was fast and fun to do.
    Then summer came and stopped exercising.
    Now I want to do something more, and I've started 30 days of HIIT, which I intend to follow 5 days a week before breakfast.
    Would it be enough to gain some muscle (and lose some fat) or should I follow some add-on program too?

    Hi, and welcome!

    Depending on your current fitness level, it should be enough. You can pair it with an abs programme if you feel like you can pack some more.

    Just be consistent and watch your diet.

      I´m not very fit right now, so I´ll maybe start with this program alone.

        Hi FerPerGar,

        I am on Day 5 of 30 Days of HIIT and it is more challenging than I expected. I would recommend it after taking a break from training. I couple it with cardio with a weighted vest - hiking, jogging, or sprints.

          FerPerGar, it is hard to get more muscle and loose fat at the same time. If it is your goal anyway, maybe you should consider doing Cardio Trim program instead? Workout sessions are a bit longer than in 30 days of HIIT but they consist of both cardio (helping loosing fat) and strength exercises.

            I've been following the program since my first comment and it's hard but affordable.

            I'll maybe add some program or switch between 2. Cardio Trim sounds good!
