Is it ok if I workout with fever?

    Hello all!!!
After my second Pfizer vaccination, I have a mild fever (37.8°C). I feel little drowsy, and muscle and bone soreness... If I feel better tomorrow, and fever has settled down, will it be ok to do some workout (either light cardio or bodyweight exercises, or both), or do I need more time after symptoms arr subdued?
    Thanks a lot!

I wouldn't work out with an actual fever (beyond smth very light like maybe some stretches) but if you don't have a fever anymore you could do some light exercise. They generally still recommend you keep it light and listen to your body after the vaccine though and definitely don't do heavy cardio that gets your heartrate up too much for about a week after the vaccine.

Update: fever only lasted 5-6 hours (reached 38.2°C) but when I woke up, I felt great! 36.0°C (my normal temperature), no soreness or drowsiness... Did 30' jumping rope in 3' increments, with 20/20 pushups/squats inbetween, and 30' swimming few hours later... Thanks for all the help everyone!
