    I believe Darebee has some great mealplans sitting around on the site, if you're without ideas.

    As TheGrayLynx rightfully said, bulking is not about just eating whatever you like past that calorie surplus; if you want a ripped physique (I assume you do), then you'll need to get your food from healthy sources (eg lean chicken, milk, brown rice, oatmeal, etc...)

    Weight training also helps.

    I'm not trying to gain bulk, but I do take Whey Protein as a supplement, and many others find it helpful.

    I think the best thing to keep in mind is sustainability- muscle mass grows slow, and you dont want to dirty bulk. What sport modality do you do? I guess if by bulking you mean bodybuilding styled exercise routine? So, i suggest you would consider protein and carb rich food with enough amount (NOT too much XD) healthy fats. For example- chicken and rice, tuna and full grain pasta etc. For snacks, dairy and the usual like nuts/fruits. Remember to train according to your eating- dont skip cardio even if you bulk. Gaining muscle is always (99% time) going to come with some fat, so keeping the mealplan under control makes it easier to shred the exess. So, for example, if you train and eat like this: Before breakfast cardio- breakfast (veggies, cottage cheese, hot bread with filling)- meal 1 (chicken and rice with veggies)- weight workout- meal 2 (tuna and pasta)- light movement etc activity- evening meal (prolly like breakfast). Snacks according to need. if you really really find hard to gain, then whey or other powder, and drink milk for extra calories if needed. remember to lift properly- isolation exercises are not the be all to bulking, do the big lifts frist and foremost. Eating, training and rest are all together in gaining results- and consistency is the king here. I hope this helps, best of luck to you!
