    Do you have exercises for toning abs?

    Some years ago I did sit-ups with a 35lb dumbbell behind my neck, feet anchored with a 30lb dumbbell. I then put a 50lb barbell plate on my chest and did leg lifts with the 30lb dumbbell.

    I did two sets of each for 30 reps, only once a week and man! were my abs rock hard a stood out in bold relief. I did work up to that weight from much lighter.

      I like doing leg raises in all its variations and russian twists with weights

        Both lofivelcro and thinman have offered great info, i just want to add that "toning" of abs is also done in kitchen- eating the right stuff makes it much easier to get abs toned.
