    How to do the "around the world" exercise of the day

    Today's "daily dare" aka "exercise of the day" is very confusing to me, I cannot imagine what the motion is meant to look like: https://darebee.com/daily-dares/july-15-2021.html

    I tried to google it on darebee.com and in general, but got nowhere. Simply rocking back and force while squatted down doesn't seem like much of an exercise, it can't just be that? Any clues?

            I think it's intended to be a balance-building activity. Like the one leg balance stand with eyes closed.
