    Do you have a stretching routine ?

    Hi Anyone got a stretching routine they follow daily or weekly…?

    I've been exercising for a few weeks but I'm getting sore. Especially around the neck and shoulders

    Look forward to hearing from anyone

    I am very happy with this warmup:
    Universal Warmup
    and when my shoulders ached from the exercises I was doing in training I used these two workouts:
    Rotator Cuff Workout
    Shoulder Stretch
    Doing a good warmup at the beginning of the workout and a good stretching at the end makes a big difference to my experience
