    How to identificate and combat a muscle strain?

    Hi bees! About three days ago I started to feel a concentred but powerfull pain in my right glute.

    is there a way to identificate what it is? it only came when I do a centain type of movement (i.e : I do not feel anything when walking upstairs, but it's very painfull when I go down)

    I don't have a bruise (if it counts). Any recommendations?
