    Hello to all the Bees!
    I was looking for workouts to increase my vertical jump and I found this workout, which seems great, but it seems to me that it is hard enough to be considered a lvl IV maybe?
    And also, is there a cardiovascular element to it?

    This workout will be great for your objective. Compared to the difficulty, it depends on your physical level but it's not a very difficult workout, the jump squats are maybe cardio but alll the exercices are without weights . It's not very difficult in my opinion but if it's si hard tout could do 5 rounds
