    Ibtermitent fasting and overall fitness level questions!

    Hi bees!! Surelly theese questions had been asked before but I don't find them.

    1) what is your opinion about intermitent fasting? I'm doing it in the 16/8 regime and I feel more light, but it has benefits on the long term? And for building muscle?

    2) How can I train if I want to improve many areas of my fitness level? Like endurance, Vo2max, strenght and hypertrophy

    Fitness and nutrition is a personal thing after all, so while IF doesnt and hasnt worked for me I know that it works for some people. If it works for you, then all the better.

    Your second question is pretty broad, but it sounds like you are looking for overall fitness with a decent focus on endurance. You might want to check out the Cardio Trim Run program.

      I used IF for years and enjoyed it, just make sure you aren't too strict and it can be a very powerful tool. Overall my situation/goals have changed so I don't use it any more but I would recommend it for sure.

      Like stated above just general fitness will help out with all of the above.
