    I need help choosing a program

    hi, I’m new here and I’ve no idea which program would be best. I have a relatively good level of fitness and I love running however i want to tone the abs a little and build some muscle stamina in my arms. It sounds like a lot of different targets I know!

    The best thing to do is to start with a level 1 or level 2 program. That way you get exposed to the exercises and can drop it fir something more advanced once you figure it out. Foundation or Baseline are good places to start

      Start with the fitness test to get an idea of your level
      There are two specific programs for abs:
      Core Strength
      Total Abs
      and one upperbody:
      Arms Of Steel
      Usually a good starting point is the Fondation program, it is a good way to understand how Darebee's programs work and get an idea maybe if it's too easy you can put together some challenges

        Personally I liked the 30 days of gravity program (https://darebee.com/programs/30-days-of-gravity.html). It was the first program I did here and I really liked it.

        The program heavily focuses on push ups and core so this might be what you are looking for.

          Well, like everyone said, if you're unfamiliar with the way Darebee works, the best place to start is by going through Foundation or Baseline. Like Fremen said, do the fitness test to get an idea of where you're at.

          Now, there are two programs that focus on the abs: Total Abs and Core Strength. There's also a couple of programs that involve running as a main exercise: Cardio Trim Run and Runner Prime. 30 Days of Change incorporates running some days aswell. And, for the arms strength, Arms of Steel.
