    I'm new and I need some help!

    Hello everyone! I'm new here and looking for plans and tips for this new start. It's not the first time I've been training, I've done a few years in the gym and cardio, but it's been a couple of years now that I've given up everything, putting on a little belly and losing the structure that I was able to achieve over time. I am looking for suggestions on which programs to choose to resume training, even intensely, going to work on the whole body and for this reason I was thinking of combining several programs together. I really need to feel good about my body again. I am ready to work hard for it. I thank anyone who will give me suggestions!

    Welcome to the Hive! Even though you've worked out before, since you've been away from it for a couple of years, I would still start gently to get your body used to it again, establish your daily exercise habit and so forth. Foundation is a good program to get started with, it's got some of everything. Good luck!

      Welcome! I agree with CarbonaraTamara : take your time, start with one program and if you feel you can do more, you could add a challenge to address something you want to fix or improve. Above all, have fun!

        CarbonaraTamara and Manuela have said the necessary things about motivation and general attitude that are likely to lead to success (of course you define what 'success' is for yourself).
        I have tried out the four Level 1 programs a bit and decided to begin with Vitality which I continue to like and therefore can recommend wholeheartedly. Of course one can add many other things from other sources as well (which I currently do), so I advance very slowly with the program, actually a bit too slowly . However it is nice to have a program that provides structure and that you can always come back to.
