    three-point push-ups

    Hey everyone,
    I have just started the strength protocol. I'm having difficulties understanding the graphics for three-point push-ups on day 9.
    Sadly, there is no video for this one yet. Could someone please explain how to do this?

    Hey there! Welcome.

    Basically, they're explosive pushups. They involve pushing yourself off the ground and shifting your arms so that you're in a different position with each rep (the graphics indicate which positions). That's what they mean by "hop up".
