    Ironborn follow up

    Hey everyone, first post here!

    I've been following the Ironborn program for the past month with 5kg dumbbells. I really like that it's so easy to follow and gives me the right amount of challenge & progress.

    I'm trying to figure out what's the best route to follow after the completion of the program. I'm inclined to increase the weights to 7kg and redo the program but was wondering if it makes sense? Should I re-do the program with heavier weights or look for other programs?

    PS: My goal is to be overall strong - big muscles aren't really a priority. Ideally, I'm trying to figure out a plan which I can follow for many years.

    Redoing the program with more weight sounds like a good idea.

        I just completed Ironborn, too! I had the same question as you. I've decided to move on to The Gauntlet to mix things up. I will definitely do Ironborn again with higher weights at some point! I really enjoyed that program.
