    New to the daily workout

    I'm new to the site and have created a log in. i did the daily challenge and the daily workout but i don't see a place to mark it as completed.

    A lot of people keep logs in the "Checking In" section to record their daily activity. I recommend it for the motivation!

    There's a daily dare tracker that you can use to keep track of how many of them you do - click on the daily dare and then on +tracker to the right below the exercise diagram. Other than that, it's up to you to record stuff if you want to, either on or offline.
