    HIIT Starting

    How many different HIIT excersises should I include in one HIIT workout? In other words should I do 3 sets of 9 different excersises in one 30 minute session? Im just beginning so bare with me.

    30 Days of HIIT Advanced
    Personally I prefer the programs are already well structured training and there is no need to do anything other than follow them

        leep00 I really like it too but not everyone is interested in combat workouts but you were certainly right to remember it
