Creatine Yes or no? Before or after food?

    Azercord Thx. I do not eat a lot of meat or fish, one reason, why I decided to supplement creatine, and my recovery is kind of unsatisfying, stiff and sore muscles in the neck, that give me headache.. would be nice to have a little boost.
    thinman Thx. Not a senior yet, but who doesn't need better cognitive function,right? I might raise my intake for a while, but my stomach is not the best, so I did not want to overdo it. My product recommends 3,5g per day. I think I wil double it for a week, to see how my gut reacts.

      Taurine is good (usually get it from eating fish) and I've also done Beta-alanine.

        So, about one week in, with 3 scoops (10g) per day, no gut problems. I will stay with that amount for a week... then I'll reduce the amount per day.

        I either mix it with macha powder or put it in my müsli...

          The old way was to do a 300g container in 2 weeks which is about 5g four times a day.
