Today is marked as the day of my tumour surgery on my abdominal ever since 13th March 2019, which was 1 years 11 months 12 days ago.

I am not sure either I am allowed to do INTENSIVE sports yet (ex Basketball, Badminton, and Swimming etc.) I need some advice from the community again! To start slow but where? I don’t feel any pain anymore, I’m not sure if the scar has fully healed yet. Please give me advice, I also just started slow jogging this Monday, makes me feel chill and proud of myself again. As a teenager, turning 17 soon, I don’t want my youth to be ruined by this fast before I can even drive or get a job! *Cries*

What does your doctor say? This is a forum for fitness and while your question is fitness related, it is also very strongly related to the actual state of your body, which nobody here can determine and because of that, nobody on an anonymous internet-resource is fit to answer.

Slowly, carefully and gently and listen to good medical advice.

It can take a lifetime to learn you don't have to go so fast. Your future is full of limitless possibility and it will come. Look after your body and it will surprise you.
