    Harden bones

    How can i harden my bones? I know for my knuckles i lightly punch the wall but what about my legs? A slight kick on some wood and it almost feels like breaking. Any tips? Will it be the same if i manually hit my leg with something instead of kicking it?

    There's a Darebee Guide on getting stronger bones. It says basically, get stronger muscles, and your bones will respond because they need to be stronger to support the stronger muscles. Good luck!

      I think impact is one of the the keys, but I think you don't have to kick stuff. Jumping (jump squats!), or even running will do the trick to get stronger bones and prevent osteoporosis.
      Strong muscles, like CarbonaraTamara pointed out, are definitely another.

        Andi64 ah i see, well running isnt an option in my rural city so ill just keep doing my workouts, i also like to kick my bed during rests should help aswell
