    Avatar upgrade day 2, why so hard :(

    i could not make it correctly. I gave more than 2 minutes for set breaks. Some of the exercises were made slowly so i could fix my breath.

    After 5 sets, i was very wet.

    I became so breathless during sets. why it can be? I have been exercising for at least 1 year. What did i do wrong?

    But after 1-2 minutes, i was not tired. Only during exercising, i became breathless.

    For example during 40 leg raises, 40 flutter kicks, 20 plank rotations especially.

    Any suggestions? How can i improve myself?

    I have made this program before until 15. days, then i gave up because of injury. Other days were not hard for me. So now , what should i do? I want to be stronger to be able to make day 2 of this. Should i go on another exercises?

    Avatar Upgrade is a level 4 program and not designed for beginners. If you feel good enough to complete it then go for it, but you did do Day 2 (Card 2) at a level III. It is meant to be hard.

      But i think i am not beginner. I did workout everydat at least 60 minutes. Maybe i did something wrong, for example i did not build my stamina well.

      And i did level III , i could do even 10 sets but hard parts were 40 leg raises, 40 flutter kicks, 20 plank rotations. Not general sets

      Maybe after finishing 30 days of avatar, i can try again day 2 but i dont think my stamina can change in 28 days I need to focus it.

      Last months, i focused dumbell exercises.

        The "problem", which is common to many, is probably that your core, your abs are not as strong as the rest of your body, so on abs days you struggle particularly.
        There are no tricks but I would tell you what I would do: I would take those exercises that I find particularly difficult and I would do a few every day to get used to them

          If I can use an analogy to running, I have done 10 km runs where it felt like my feet didnt touch the ground, and I have done 3 km runs where my feet felt like concrete. Your underlying physiology is going to have an effect on your ability to perform. You are not going to be able to perform at 100% every day of your life.

            yes i did not care abs so much. I can do abs exercises which are withot legs easily. But when with legs, i have harddtimes.

            For example now i am on 3 . day of avatar. Can i do some of 2 . day exercises(which was hard) on some days?

            I agree but when i first start that program, i had again hard times on 2. day. So it must be about something on my body which i do wrong.

              There are no strict rules, if you like the program and want to keep it dividing the most difficult exercises for you in several days it can be a solution
