    Take it easy, start slow and find a sustainable routine that fits your lifestyle/schedule.

    If you want to make your own training plan here are some templates, fill them with the workouts according to your needs.

    Secret Weapon And The Knight

    Hey i started to do Secret Weapon Training and ı choosed The Knight as a program but ı dont know is it the correct way or not.I really like the Military ones and i was try to do Super Soldier one,not gonna lie it was hard for me so ı switched to Secret Weapon but i dont know is it promising as Super Soldier one so i wanted to ask here.I am doing the Knight program by the way but as ı mentioned i dont know will it help me or not if you guys have any suggestions that gonna make me feel like pushing my self hard to be like a super soldier or help me about making my muscles stronger it would be really helpfull.Thanks from now.
