I would give a second vote for back and core, that was a great program for me, and I have done it twice I like it so much.
This program helped me so much at improving my core and general fitness.

If you want to get rid of your man boobs, I think Cardio Trim would be the best choice. It targets upper body (a fair share of strength exercises, i.a. push ups for chest) and allows to shed some extra weight with cardio (those man boobs. You mention that you are a beginner. In this case I would also suggest not to overdo it. I had it like this many times: two programs, challenges, additional yoga, I was pumped to start and... leave it all after three weeks. If you are a beginner, take your time. Cardio Trim is quite complete: strength, cardio, abs entries. If it is too easy for you, do it on the third level. Don't underestimate the recovery time. Remember that you can pick two or three programs and feel fine for the first one or two weeks but get tired after that, when all the effort piles up.
So, my suggestion is to do just one program, see how you feel after a month, how your body responds and then start another programs with some additions.

Just an addition:
By doing chest exercises, you are targeting your muscles... they grow bigger... you do not loose fat in that particular spot more than elswhere. Your body decides where it takes the fat away from, when calories are burned...
And.. Yes, cardio burnes calories, but it is not as efficient as some might think, you need to do about 15h of cardio to burn 1kg of fat. It is an addition to your eating habits, you lose weight with kitchen exercises, not in the gym...

HellYeah thx for the info my friend, just one little Last question since you know what your doing, i have a homemade dumbbells that is around 3.4kg ish is it worth doing ironborn with it? Also i got homemade wrist weights xd each 0.5kg so total of 4kg per arm, will it be better to do ironborn with them or focus on other bodyweights programs like gravity?
