I recently moved to my village, in order to help my father with seasonal country side manual work, for olives' picking for olive oil, so I think of staying away from typical cardio (running or jumping rope), as I will be constantly working for about 6-8 hours daily and is pretty taxing (it burns around 1400 kcals)... So I think of focusing on my strength workout for this time, but I have a question. I am between rotating 6 workouts (level IV) (power flow, bounty hunter, black panther, hard mode, combat strength, bodyguard) or begin the STRENGTH PROTOCOL program... Of course they're will be mini sessions of jumping rope before (as warm-up mostly) but I want to know if some of these two structures deliver more results or will be better for fat loss and muscle definition (with proper diet of course...). My main goal is to maintain my endurance level for cardio, gain some agility and do things better anyway...
