    Pro Boxer Workout question

For the Pro Boxer workout ( https://www.darebee.com/workouts/pro-boxer-workout.html ), is the jab + hook + uppercut; jab with left, hook with right, and then uppercut with left OR jab with left, hook with right, and then uppercut with right again. Also, for the last exercise, uppercuts, do we alternate from left arm to right arm or do all with right arm?

    Thanks!

Left Jab, right Hook, left Uppercut is the way I do it. Then I count the combo on the same side until the 5th rep, and then switch sides until I reach 10 reps. You can switch sides on each rep too.

When it comes with Uppercuts, however, I have no rules. Sometimes I do it with my Cross arm, other times I do it with my Jab arm first, and then with my Cross arm, and count 2 reps. That's just me though; I always try to master those difficult/unorthodox combat movements more for self-defense purposes than sportsmanship.

are you left handed or right handed? if you trying to train like an actual boxer that will determine which side to punch with. If you are just doing it to workout then alternate sides
