    The new Sherlock workout

    The new Sherlock is not a level 4 workout. It is just a warm up!!! Like the others new versions of the other ones

    It's true that the number of repetitions has been reduced, but still rated as level-3. To do it harder, you know, slow/quick movements (depending the exercise) and less rest time. If you consider that now is a warm up, I suggest you to continue with the older one.

    Things change to be better, and all improvement are welcome, keeping the old if it's good too.

    PS:
    There was a previous version with skater hops, raised leg push ups, cross climbers, bridge arm reaches, and more exercises.




    PS2: by the way, that could've been posted in the "chat" section better than "help"?

      Because I do not agree with those "new" workouts and I ask (and hope) that someone helps me to have new real normal and hard workouts. If someone needs soft workouts, it is better to introduce new easy ones. That's all. Thank you for your answer Cabriel
