Greetings, everyone! I am new to Darebee. I was doing some research on how to go about my weekly training and I must admit, I am confused.

I am currently on week 1 of my Gladiator week (Strength workout, rest, Upper body, Lower body, rest, Strength, rest, repeat.) and I find it a bit intimidating to choose specific workouts to repeat and amp up my reps and sets.

My question is: Do I just stick to 4 specific workouts and increase reps every week, or do I switch workouts every week to do something new? My goal is to gain weight, strength, and muscle, so my logic is that obviously if I want to get stronger, I should develop a strict routine and excel at it instead of changing my workouts every week.

Any thoughts and advice are most welcome. Thank you in advance!
