    How much is too much? About programs.

    I'm currently doing the "Boxer Prime" program, along with the "Ten" one (both around day 18) , but I´m dying to start "Fireheart" and "Spartan Trials". Of course, my plan is to work two early in the morning, one around mid morning and one at noon, but I´m wondering if doing four programs in a day would be too much?

    Welcome to the Hive.
    I think that depends on your current fitness level. As you view various posts by fellow Bees, you will see there are some who do multiple programs.
    What you talking about would be too much for me.

        When in doubt, try more than one at once. Give it a shot and see what happens.

          I also want to do, for example challenges with one or two programs but most of the programs have off days. Or off days for upper or lower, for a specific part.

          So when i do another program or challenge, they can conflict. For example off day for lower body in program but challenge or other program says do lower. It is like everyday doing lower body.

          I am concerned of those.
