I think you would be better off setting up a program for the power tower (assuming I'm looking up the correct thing) and using it as its own workout or as a supplemental. Core, pullups, and dips are great but fairly streamlined activities. It wouldn't take much to make a couple short supplemental workouts to tag on to the end (or beginning) of any Darebee workout. Think of them as a pre-fatigue to make Darebee workouts harder (ex. pullups and dips before a workout with pushups in it or Roman chair before/after one with planks) than full workouts on their own.

PhilipRed ... hello and Welcome to The Hive, the social side of DareBee.
In case you missed it, DareBee is primarily a Body-Weight centric site. Sure, there are occasional variations ... but they are few.
While we have a few programs and several workouts devoted to dumbbells, and a whole week to "katanas", we just got our first workout for kettlebells.
So ... you may have to rely on the manufacturer for a "power tower" program to work on.
My universal gym - more body-weight centric - came with over a dozen pages of workouts that can be arranged to my liking. Even one for TENNIS ! ! !

Asking for a Roman chair/Power tower program

    Hello everyone,

I've been doing darebee programs with not a lot of commitment for a couple of years, but since this january I took workout more seriously.
I really enjoy darebee programs and i find very convenient to know what do i have to do each day, even what do i have to eat.
But recently i bought a power tower (just had dumbbells) and i'm a little lost with my daily workout, i'm not able to find a complete program that allow me to give full use to the power tower.
I keep with doing Spartan Trials, which includes the use of dumbbells and pull up bar but i feel that i'm not using the power tower to its full potential.
So here i am, does anyone know a good daily program with which i can give full use to my new toy?
    Thanks
Working...
