    choosing a program

This list https://www.darebee.com/pick-a-program.html is very helpful to me. I've restarted my Darebee quest and am be working my way up from the bottom.

I notice that there are some programs, perhaps newer ones, not included in this grid. What is the date of this list? Will it be updated soon?

The list is up to date. The new programs are 30 Days More of Yoga, and all the others are at the end of the list.

The only known issue is that Vitality is not there. That's why the list shows 43 programs, but on the filter section you can find 44.

Vitality & Xpress tone are missing from the list. The gauntlet isn't in the filter yet.

Heh, I'm also theoretically working my way up.

In practise I'm not sure I'll be doing the Difficulty 2 programs that involve very sweat-inducing workouts, since I do them in the mornings.

I am working on my 2020 plan that would have me complete levels 1,2.and 3 of Vitality, Baseline (Both the 2016 and 2020 versions), Foundation Light (2016&2020), and Foundation (2020&2016). Many of the routines are below my level but I have a long way to go. As the sayings go.... "You've got to start somewhere" ... and... "Rome wasn't built in a day". I consider my fight as much about rebuilding good habits as it is about improving my fitness.

I didn't really start until April and I have missed weeks at at time and have made up for it by doing multiple workouts on the other days. But again, I am slowly changing my habits.

I too dislike still sweating when I'm on my way to work. I exercise first thing in the morning and use my cool down time for reading, meditation, and prayer. Once I'm cooled down, I shower and dress for the office. This way, I am refreshed mentally and physically, ready to meet the day.

Well for me it's more that I'm already sweating on my way to work since I go there by bike and I go fast. In fact if it's not strenuous then I'm going too slow.

However if my core temperature is high before I even get on the bike then I start sweating right away, which makes for way more sweat than just the 4.5 km.
