    Life after Hero's Journey

    Hi everyone,

I just finished day 59 on HJ and I'm a little confused with what to do next. I won't be finishing the program on schedule since I had to take some breaks in between and was thinking in redoing the program since i liked it a lot and helped me progress a lot (I started as a complete noob).
Is this recomended? Is there any suggested path for someone like me?

Thank you all for your time.

It would depend on what you liked about HJ. There is lots to explore on this site and even more in exercise in general. After HJ you might want to do a different level 3 program, or if you want to do HJ again then that is also fine.

Redoing HJ is totally valid, however you might also enjoy Age of Pandora or Spellbound, which are both story-themed difficulty 3 programs as well.

Remember that if you're in-between programs you can always do the workout of the day, since it is designed to be an endless full-body program, including giving your muscles a rest and everything.

If you liked HJ then you sure going to like Age of Pandora. And the next two months are sorted.

What would you recomend if I wanted to do a month program of HIIT and not lose what I gained from Ribbon and Hammer? (I think I might use a weight loss before redoing HJ)

If you'd like HIIT with some combat moves, you might like combat HIIT. And maybe every few days back and biceps express for the "hammer" part?

Thanks but I'm a little bit confused about how often should I do it. Every 3 days would it be ok?

If you want to progress then every three days, if you want to prevent loss of the progress you already have then around once a week.

Pseudonymravid the second link in your post is broken, colon missing after https and the first one goes to 'back & biceps express' and not Combat HIIT.
