    Cardio and/or abs additions to Ironborn program?

    I have been at DARBEE 4 months now.

    I started with Cardio/Trim, then 30 Days of HIIT, then Full Circuit. Added a few 30 challenges to pair with each along the way.

    Today I finished the last day of 30 Days of HIIT Advanced and couple it with Total Abs.

    Not exactly sure where to go from here.

    Was thinking of maybe switching gears a little and focusing on strength and muscle building a little. Been eyeing Ironborn as a good way to ease into it.

    Does anyone have any suggestions for good cardio and/or abs challenges or programs I can add to that?

    I know I can look up individual exercises but I'm still relatively new to this so I think I still benefit greatly from the structure of a 30 day plan all worked out for me.

    Love to hear any advice.

    If you want another abs program there is Core Strength, it's a little easier than Total Abs program but planks are always effective exercises
