    Hurt foot workouts and programs?

Hi- I'm new here- I have a (healing) plantar plate tear in my left foot. This means that although I can weight bear, I can't do impact exercises like jumping jacks, burpees etc. I also can't flex the toes on the affected foot, so (for example) I can't do a plank (I might be able to with a rigid boot- I haven't tried). So, suggestions for which part of this amazing website I can use?? I have been doing chair workouts that I found online, but they are so boring and mostly aimed at people who aren't very athletic. Until this injury I was an avid hiker and worked out at the gym 4 days a week plus weight training. Of course, the pandemic and having no gym access has made this worse. Any suggestions or help gratefully accepted!

How about abs? Crunches, leg raises, sitting twists, etc.

For lowerbody you can do bodyweight squats, wall sit, and many glutes stuff like bridges, donkey kicks, etc.
    Some ideas:

    https://darebee.com/workouts/carver-workout.html

Upperbody wise you can do push ups on your knees, or some simple back and arms exercises, like the challenge this month.

Basically you would want to search the database with "strength and tone."

You could also try stacking your feet on things like plank and pushups. I'm not sure how well it will work (broke my foot long ago and somethings hurt and others didn't) but just put your hurt foot on top of the good one. The single point of contact will make stabilizing more fun as well.
