    Difficulty 5? Not suitable for beginners? Really?
    Apart from the plank-walkouts (as annoying they might be) it's leg and arm swinging.

    It was previously in the 3/5/7 sets format, and it was like 10 or 20 plank walkouts, if that helped make it a 5. Some other moves also had more reps before, if I remembered correctly

    But yeah I know what you mean. I didn't feel a lvl5 difficulty when I did this workout for Flexibility Week. Now I can make it a warmup or regular stretching routine due to the short time frame needed.

      I am not seeing any sets at all on my mobile...am I missing something? I have it printed out for prior use as a warm up and found the...20!!!! plank walkouts quite intimidating for just a warmup

          Ahaha, I still remember when Unbound was level 5 with sets and looking at the Flexibility week I thought 'Level 5? No way I could do that!'. But then I did anyway and it was a good week. One of the proudest moments of my life, finishing that one
