    360 turns clockwise?

    Hello,
my workout calls for 360 turns clockwise? Please see https://darebee.com/programs/90-days...wall=&start=35

is this an exercise? Do I just spin in circles with my arms out?

    please advise

    thank you!

Damer , neilarey ... Lpb has a question I cannot knowingly answer.
I can plant my feet a rotate my core 180 degrees (max out at maybe 200?) but 360? Not with my feet planted.
Is this the intended reading? Spinning around like a dervish?

DaithiMeyer not really. I think we need to revisit that wording. The idea is you rotate 180 degrees one way and then back the other way hence the 360 degrees in the poster, but I think we should try to explain this a little differently maybe. I have flagged it up so to be re-examined. Thank you and thank you Lpb

I think it is perfectly alright.. if you look for any video on youtube for "5 Tibetan Rites" you can find it.. based on the Tibetan Prayer Wheels..
Damer I think it is 360 degrees.. only may be make a video in the library..
please correct if my logic is off..

vrsthe1 if it is based on the 5 Tibetan Rites, it is indeed, 360 degrees with a corresponding change in foot positioning. I really need to go and double-check on our library files on this and today's a crazy day. Please bear with me.

Damer yes exactly and the link provided by Lpb does say the workout name as 'Five Rites'.. Hence I made the clarification..

You guys are the best and it is always okay to take your time..
I am absolutely selfish in that, all your work will only help everyone..so.. that's fine..
